Can I get a free trial for this Google reviews software?

How many reviews can you reply to per month?
There is no limit to the number of reviews you can reply to. You simply pay a flat rate based on the number of Google Business Profiles it is managing reviews for.
Is this compliant with Google’s gatekeeping policy?
We allow all users to click the "Go to Google" button on the leave a review link even if the customer is unhappy, which is required under Google's review gatekeeping policy.

Can this remove bad reviews from Google?
One of the features is that this tool can flag reviews that might be against Google's T&Cs with Google to help get it removed. We also share the reason you can flag it with Google yourself because the more times a review is flagged the more likely it is to get removed. We in no way promise to get bad reviews removed as this is not possible to guarantee.
