Testimonial Permission & Release

Thank you for your willingness to share your experience with Merchynt LLC (“Merchynt”) and our product, Paige! We love hearing from our customers, and your testimonial means a lot to us. By uploading your video or written testimonial, you agree to the following:

1. Permission to Use Your Video
   You grant Merchynt a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, display, and create derivative works of the video you upload (the “Video”) or other written information provided in connection with the marketing, promotion, and advertising of Merchynt’s products and services (including Paige). This includes, but is not limited to, featuring your Video or written testimonials on our website, in online advertisements, on social media, in email campaigns, and in other promotional materials.
   
   
2. Your Representations and Warranties
   By uploading your Video, you represent and warrant that:
   

1. You are at least 18 years old or have the express permission of a parent or legal guardian.
   
2. You have all necessary rights and permissions to grant Merchynt the above license.
   
3. Your Video does not violate any third-party rights (including copyright, privacy, or publicity rights).
   
   
4. Video Standards & Modifications
   Merchynt reserves the right to request modifications to your Video if we determine it does not meet our standards for helpfulness, clarity, or quality. If we request changes, we will communicate those changes to you, and you may choose whether to make them. Merchynt may decide not to use (or provide compensation for) any Video that does not meet our standards.
   
   
5. Compensation
   In appreciation of your time and contribution, Merchynt will provide you with a one-time $50 credit applicable to your next invoice with us, provided your Video meets our standards. No other compensation, monetary or otherwise, will be provided. Merchynt reserves the right to determine eligibility and apply the credit once the Video has been successfully submitted and approved.
   
   
6. Use of Name and Likeness
   You grant Merchynt the right to use any name, likeness, image, or voice captured in your Video or otherwise provided as necessary in connection with the marketing and promotion of Merchynt’s products and services.
   
   
7. Waiver and Release
   You release and discharge Merchynt from any liability related to our use of your Video as described here, including any claims for payment, royalties, or other compensation (beyond the one-time $50 credit specified above).
   
   
8. Contact and Questions
   If you have any concerns about how your Video or other written testimonial is used, or if you would like to request removal from certain channels, please contact hello@merchynt.com. We strive to respect your wishes whenever possible.
